Terms and Conditions
The order of souvenirs from this website constitutes a wholesale commercial transaction regulated by the Commercial Law in the respective country. Both Buyers and the Supplier are subject to all rights and obligations outlined therein.
As all products from Artex Studio are personalized for buyers, returns and exchanges are only possible in the case of admitted factory defects attributable to the manufacturer. In such cases, the buyer may return the damaged products at their expense within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is justified, all damages (including return shipping) will be compensated or replaced with standard products, sent again at the manufacturer's expense.
We offer souvenirs in sets, usually in quantities of 20 pieces per design or mix. The production time for ordered items is up to 10 days, depending on quantities and model complexity. If, for any technological reasons and due to our fault, we delay production for more than 10 days, you will receive an additional 1% of free souvenirs (compensation) for each subsequent day of delay, or the paid amount will be refunded immediately.
Prices for individual items and sets are specified for each product. The advertised prices do not include local taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We organize and dispatch the finished products with a courier service (most often DHL) to the address you provide in the United Kingdom or Ireland. The transportation period, after the production of the items, depends on the courier's schedule and takes approximately 10 more days. The delivery cost, payable when placing the order, is £20, regardless of the value and weight of the souvenirs. We cover the difference to the actual cost of the courier service.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AT EVERY STAGE OF YOUR ORDER EXECUTION THROUGH YOUR EMAIL.
For larger orders, you are entitled to the following bonuses and preferences:
- For a total purchase value exceeding £500, you will receive an additional 5% in free bonuses.
- For a total purchase value exceeding £1000, you will receive an additional 10% in free bonuses.
- Bonuses consist of various souvenirs with views from the same location for which you placed the order.
Personalizing and visualizing souvenirs with customer (your) photos and images is free of charge. All newly prepared designs according to your preferences will be sent to you by email for approval. If you order souvenirs with them, we will use these designs only for your souvenirs and for no other client. If you do not order souvenirs with them for more than 3 months, we reserve the right to publish them on the website and offer them to other clients to compensate for the work we have put into their preliminary processing.
