The delivery of souvenirs from Artex Studio is organized efficiently to ensure a smooth process for our valued customers. Please review the following details regarding our delivery services:

Courier Service:
We primarily use reputable courier services, with DHL being our preferred choice. This ensures reliable and timely delivery of your ordered products.

Delivery Address:
We dispatch the completed products to the address provided by you in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any potential issues.

Production Time:
The production time for the items you have ordered is typically up to 10 days. This timeframe may vary based on the quantity and complexity of the selected models.

Delay Compensation:
In the event of any delays in production exceeding 10 days due to technological reasons and our fault, you will receive an additional 1% of free souvenirs (compensation) for each subsequent day of delay. Alternatively, the paid amount will be promptly refunded.

Transportation Period:
Following the production of your items, the transportation period is determined by the courier's schedule. On average, it takes approximately 10 more days for the products to reach your specified address.

Delivery Cost:
The cost for delivery is £20, payable at the time of placing the order. This fee remains fixed regardless of the value and weight of the souvenirs. Any difference to the actual cost of the courier service is covered by us.

Notification Process:
You will be kept informed at every stage of your order execution through email. Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and keep you informed about the progress of your order.

Please note that the advertised prices for our souvenirs do not include local taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
